Following the internal promotion of the previous Home Manager, we are now seeking a capable and commercially astute leader to build on that platform and take the service confidently into its next phase. About You You are an experienced Home Manager with a track record of leading a medium-sized nursing, dementia or mixed-care service. You understand how quality, compliance, occupancy and workforce stability interconnect and you can evidence success across those areas. Strong knowledge of Care Inspectorate or CQC standards Experience preparing for and responding to inspections Commercial confidence managing occupancy, budgets and fee levels The ability to lead and stabilise teams through visible, consistent leadership Emotional intelligence and resilience A clinical qualification (RGN/RMN) is advantageous given the service profile, but equally important is your operational strength, governance discipline and ability to inspire trust.
