The work covers a mix of commercial litigation matters such as contractual disputes, debt recovery, professional negligence claims, and shareholder disputes.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Associate to step into a key role, where you will work directly with Partners to manage and develop a diverse caseload of high-quality work, while also contributing to the growth of the department.
7+ years’ post-qualification experience in Commercial Litigation
