About the role

The Director of Digital Commercial Strategy & Enablement is a senior digital leader responsible for defining and delivering the global go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy for RX’s digital product portfolio. Sitting on the Digital Product Board, this role shapes how digital products are positioned, priced, launched, sold, adopted, and scaled across the business, ensuring strong outcomes for both customers and RX.

The Director owns the global commercial and GTM framework, spanning pricing, packaging, value propositions, and enablement across sales, marketing, and customer success. Leading a high‑performing team of four in Richmond and one offshore, the role drives consistent, scalable execution across regions and business units, capturing and rolling out best practices globally.

Working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Unit leaders, the Director acts as a key connector between customer needs, commercial strategy, and product leadership—bringing a strong commercial lens to digital investment and roadmap decisions.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the global commercial strategy for RX’s digital product portfolio, ensuring effective positioning, pricing, and sales at events
2. Own and evolve the global digital pricing architecture, balancing customer value, market realities, and growth objectives
3. Lead a multi-level, international team to translate strategy into scalable commercial frameworks and go-to-market models
4. Ensure pricing, packaging, and commercial models are fit for purpose across regions and Business Units
5. Set the vision and operating model for global digital sales enablement
6. Oversee the development of sales tools, training, and materials that support confident value-based selling
7. Lead the capture, validation, and rollout of digital best practices across the organisation
8. Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and BU leaders as a member of the Digital Product Board

Requirements

9. Proven experience leading commercial strategy, pricing, or go-to-market models for digital or technology-led products
10. Strong people leadership experience, including leading managers and working within matrixed organisations
11. Demonstrated ability to balance commercial goals with customer needs and market constraints
12. Experience building scalable frameworks across multiple regions or business units
13. Financial and operational acumen, with the ability to interpret data and inform decision-making
14. Experience enabling sales teams through tools, training, or operating models
15. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across functions and seniority levels
16. Clear, inclusive communication skills and a collaborative leadership approach
