To support the delivery of world-renowned teaching in this programme and to contribute more broadly to the excellence in education within the Department, we are seeking to appoint two lecturing positions in Cybersecurity:1 x Lecturer in Cybersecurity Education (3-year fixed-term contract, Grade 7)1 x Senior Lecturer in Cybersecurity Education (Programme Lead) (3-year fixed-term contract, Grade 8)Candidates should demonstrate ambition to become scholars of international standing, with a research and publication trajectory in Computer Science Education that reflects this goal. The department also maintains strong industry links, collaborating on research projects with external partners. The successful candidates will teach on our forthcoming transnational and hybrid Master’s programme in Advanced Cyber Security (SE Asia), starting in September 2026. While the postholders will be based in London, this hybrid programme requires the postholders to travel to Indonesia for extended periods to conduct in-person induction, teaching, and other activities on a local campus. We offer undergraduate and postgraduate education (in both computer science and artificial intelligence) catering for the needs of our students and the organisations in which they will work. It is essential that applicants have the enthusiasm and commitment needed to ensure the success of these programmes.
