This opportunity offers a competitive basic salary of up to £30,000 plus bonuses, working Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and sell automotive parts and accessories efficiently
2. Provide excellent customer service to both trade and retail clients
3. Maintain accurate parts stock levels and order parts as needed
4. Assist other departments with parts-related requirements
5. Ensure prompt and professional handling of customer enquiries
Essential Requirements:
6. Previous parts experience within the motor trade is mandatory
7. Solid knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
8. Strong customer service and communication skills
9. Ability to work efficiently under pressure
10. Attention to detail and good organisational skills
Desirable Skills & Experience:
11. Familiarity with dealership management systems
12. Knowledge of vehicle repair and service processes
13. Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
14. Relevant automotive or parts-related qualifications
