We’re looking for a cre a tive and collaborative Marketing Manager to join the Cambridge Crystallographic Data Centre (CCDC). This key role will raise the profile of CCDC’s scientific data and software, promoting our global impact and not-for-profit mission. You’ll lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing strategies that support revenue growth, community engagement, and awareness of CCDC’s educational and scientific work. Working within the Commercial function and managing a small team, you’ll shape our brand, deliver impactful campaigns, and ensure clear, compelling messaging across channels and audiences. What you’ll be doing: Leading marketing strategies to drive lead generation, business development and community engagement Managing campaigns and content that promote CCDC’s products and scientific mission. Overseeing digital marketing and website performance. Using market research and analytics to guide decisions and uncover opportunities. Managing the marketing team, suppliers, and budget. What we’re looking for: Proven marketing experience in scientific, tech, or not-for-profit sectors. Good digital and content skills, including SEO, analytics, and email marketing. Confident communicator with clear, audience-focused messaging. Experience managing people, projects, and budgets. Passion for science, collaboration, and CCDC’s mission. Why join us?
