Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Bournemouth BH1
Pay: £12.25 per hour
Hours: Starting Monday 12th November 10:00am-2:00pm - ongoing shifts available on various days throughout January

* 21/01/2026 08:00 – 17:00
* 28/01/2026 08:00 – 17:00
HR Employment are looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist on a part time basis, to cover holiday.
Your main duties will include:
* Cover the reception desk and meet & greet staff, visitors & contractors.
* Sign out keys, passes and ensure reception logs are filled out correctly.
* Conduct floor walks and checking that all tea points are fully stocked, and there are no visible defects.
* Act as a site liaison for staff, contractors, and visitors.
* Carry out ad-hoc requests from the facilities provider.
Experience needed:
* Previous experience within a Receptionist role or similar
* Able to work independently
* Hold a basic DBS certificate, or be willing to undergo a DBS and Financial check prior to start
* Happy to have a financial check done
