Are you an organised problem-solver with a knack for keeping projects on track? We're looking for a commercially minded Project Co-ordinator to join our client's dynamic team. From handling customer enquiries and processing orders to steering schedules, budgets, and deliverables, you'll play a key role in making every project a success.
Description of the role:
Execute commercial projects, including managing warranty commitments.
Prepare and issue accurate quotations.
Ensure timely delivery of enquiries and orders.
Plan and deliver projects in line with requirements agreed during the tendering process.
Manage projects to cost, specification, and schedule, highlighting issues early.
Create and maintain project documentation, including tenders, works orders, and invoicing instructions.
Negotiate and document customer project variations.
Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system.
Track deliverables, monitor costs, and report project progress.
Ensure payments are received within contractual timeframes.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to assess satisfaction and identify future opportunities.
Work flexibly to meet business needs.About you:
Ideally, have experience within a similar role with project management duties
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly computer literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project).
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
