Are you reliable and responsible? We're looking for a Night Supervisor to oversee our night team and ensure our hotel runs smoothly during the night shift.
What You'll Do:
1. Lead the Night Team: Manage and oversee the night team, ensuring they perform their duties to the highest standard.
2. Safety First: Ensure security and safety procedures are adhered to throughout the night shift.
3. Guest Excellence: Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally, delivering exceptional service.
4. Security Checks: Perform regular security checks to keep our hotel safe.
5. Support Staff: Provide general support to hotel staff during the night shift.
6. Maintenance Help: Assist with any maintenance or housekeeping tasks that arise.
7. Room Setup: Set up meeting rooms and other areas as needed.
8. Food & Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages to guests when required.
9. Check-In/Out: Handle guest check-ins and check-outs as needed.
10. Emergency Response: Manage any emergency situations that occur.
11. Reporting: Prepare reports for senior management as required.

Ideal candidate
29. Previous experience working in a hotel or similar environment, preferably in a night supervisor role.
30. Excellent leadership and management skills.
31. Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
32. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
33. A good understanding of safety and security procedures.
34. The ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
35. A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work evenings and weekends if required.
36. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
