Role: ERP Business Analyst x 2
Contract Length: 3 months contract initially then rolling
Location: Hybrid/London - 2 days per week in office (main days are Mon/Tues/Wed usually)
IR35: Inside
Pay Rate to Intermediary: £500 – £600 per day

Spinwell is recruiting for an ERP Business Analyst for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ERP BUSINESS ANALYST
* Attend Workshops managed by the Finance Lead for the 400 Business Process Maps identified to date.
* Use the Visio Tool to document the full End to End Process Maps
* Support the Finance Lead to document the current processes within the Finance functions by meeting with stakeholders across Finance, GLA Operational Teams and Business Services (TFL) to document the current "As Is" Process Mapping in onsite Workshops.
* Support the Finance Lead to document the current processes within the Finance functions by meeting with stakeholders across Finance, GLA Operational Teams, and Business Services (TFL) to document the current "To Be" Process Mapping in onsite Workshops.
* Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop and Supported by the Finance Lead document and organise SOPs for Finance Processes, ensuring they are user-friendly and follow compliance requirements.
* Support the Finance Lead to Process Map the GLA Ops System Integration to SAP ECC. Document any requirements to make improvements to the interface file.
* Support the Finance Lead to Process Map the GLA Operational Processes currently managed on excel Spreadsheets, in preparation of the SAP ECC Modules Implementation.
* Compile Documentation to support any Change Requests
* Support the Finance Lead on the Implementation of the Loans Investment Solution
* Support the Finance Lead on the Implementation of the Grants/Funds Management Solution
* UAT – Create Test Scripts and support SMEs in testing – Loans Investment Module, Funds Management Module and S4 Hana upgrade
