UE09 – £63,606 – £78,469. Full‑time (35 hours per week). Open to hybrid working on a non-contractual basis.
Job Description
The Head of Professional Learning and Education Programmes is a member of the Data Lab Leadership Team and is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the design, development and delivery of the Professional Learning and Educational portfolio aligned to the vision, purpose and strategic direction of the Data Lab.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop and deliver professional learning programmes for staff and external partners.
* Lead and manage programme teams, ensuring high quality output and alignment to organisational strategy.
* Benchmark and develop best practice in professional learning and education.
* Engage with stakeholders across the university and beyond to inform programme content and delivery.
* Report on programme outcomes and impact to leadership.
