You will be responsible for:
* Travelling to customer sites across the region to deliver on‑site technical support, installations, servicing, and breakdown response
* Installing and setting up equipment such as labelling machines, sleeving machines and other automation solutions to ensure full operational readiness
* Maintaining accurate service records, job reports, and documentation for internal systems and customer communication
* Working closely with the internal engineering, production, and parts teams to coordinate installations, order components, and update service records
* Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and control‑system faults, carrying out repairs, adjustments, and component replacements as required
Key attributes required:
* Strong background in machine maintenance or machine field service, with hands‑on experience working on complex mechanical and electrical systems
* Excellent fault‑finding and diagnostic abilities, able to identify issues quickly and implement effective technical solutions
* Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams and machine documentation
* Confidence working independently on customer sites with minimal supervision
* Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies, machinery updates, and control systems
