🌍 Field Merchandising Program Manager (French Speaker)

Contract: 12 months | Travel: ~30% | Location: London (Hybrid)


Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for retail execution and program management? We’re looking for a Field Merchandising Program Manager (French Speaker) to lead the planning and execution of in-store product demos across the EMEA region.


This is a unique opportunity to shape how customers experience cutting-edge wearable technology in physical retail environments. You’ll work across multiple markets, managing complex rollouts, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring every display meets the highest standards.


🔧 What You’ll Do

* Lead the execution of merchandising programs across thousands of retail locations.
* Manage third-party labor agencies and ensure flawless in-store execution.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, analytics) to align on strategy and delivery.
* Build detailed project plans and track progress, budgets, and KPIs.
* Visit stores to audit installations and ensure demo compliance.
* Analyze demo performance data and provide actionable insights.
* Act as the go-to liaison between internal teams and retail partners.

✅ What You’ll Bring

* Full French proficiency
* 5+ years in retail merchandising (brand or vendor side).
* 5+ years of project/program management experience.
* 3+ years managing third-party labor or field teams.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex projects.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
* Experience working across EMEA markets is a plus.
