Our partner: A dynamic organisation at the heart of professional women’s sports. This is an institution focused on driving equality, representation and visibility for women in elite sports.
Responsibilities: To help manage and support a regular flow of content creation and posting across the sports league’s various channels.
* Work closely with the Head of Marketing and external agencies to deliver a content calendar for key digital channels.
* Create and post engaging video and visual content across various social platforms.
* Help develop and manage new social media channels.
* Assist in creating innovative content formats to tell the story of the league and its athletes.
* Identify new content opportunities to enhance fan engagement.
* Support internal content requests across the organisation.
* Contribute to IT service support alongside the Business Operations Manager.
* Build strong internal relationships and continue developing skills within a supportive team.
Experience and skills that will deliver success in this role: The right candidate has experience in content creation for digital channels, video and static; along with an understanding of social media trends, analytics, and innovative content production.
* Experience using graphic design tools e.g. Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
* Knowledge of video production and editing, especially for Instagram and TikTok.
* Proven experience or strong familiarity with social media content management.
* Creative flair and the ability to craft unique, compelling digital stories.
* An understanding of social media audience growth and analytics.
It would also be an advantage if you bring:
* Experience working in sport, entertainment or audience-focused sectors.
