Join to apply for the Project Worker role at Inspire. This is a 24-hour supported housing setting for adults (aged 18-65) with enduring mental health challenges including schizophrenia and personality disorders. Residents live across four houses with ensuite bedrooms and shared living spaces. Our approach is rooted in empathy, independence-building, and person-centred support.
What to Expect in the Role
* Help residents manage daily routines, attend appointments, and participate in community life.
* Provide key working sessions, plan and review care, and help maintain tenancies.
* Engage in a variety of activities (e.g., cinema trips, baking) and support someone through difficult mornings.
* Manage medication, liaise with health teams, facilitate group activities, and promote wellbeing.
* Be part of a values-led team culture that prioritises reflective practice and compassionate support.
Shift Pattern
* Early: 7:45am–3:15pm
* Late: 2:45pm–10:15pm
* Additional shifts: 10am–5:30pm with occasional long days (7:45am–10:15pm)
* Sleep-in duties and occasional waking nights
* Every other weekend off
