Job summary Suffolk GP Federation are looking to welcome an HR advisor. The successful applicant will join Unity Healthcare GP practice in Haverhill, for a permanent, full-time position, ideally for 37.5 hours per week but with a minimum of 30 hours (4 days). This position is part of the investment in our workforce to lead on providing HR advice, support and guidance on a range of operational HR issues across Unity Healthcare. Main duties of the job Provide day-to-day HR support to Unity. Be the first point of contact for line managers and employees. Coach and guide line managers with the full HR life cycle, embedding the federation culture and approach whilst providing up to date accurate HR advice. Manage and ensure the ongoing use of the practices HR and compliance system (TeamNet). About us Unity Healthcare is run by Suffolk GP Federation.
