· Hold a Full UK Manual Driving Licence
· Able to commit to 173 hours per month, including sleep-in shifts
· Have no recent or relevant criminal convictions(enhanced DBS check required)
· Eligible to work in the UK

About the Role
We are seeking a caring and resilient Residential Support Worker to join our team, supporting children and young people aged 8–17 in a safe, nurturing children's home environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience or transferable skills from youth work, education, social care, or residential childcare.
You will:
· Build positive relationships and provide emotional and practical support to young people.
· Help manage daily routines, including school runs, appointments, and activities.
· Support with life skills such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
· Maintain accurate records and follow care plans.
· Work a rotational shift pattern including sleep-ins (additional allowance provided).
Candidate Requirements
We're looking for individuals who are:
· Passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people.
· Able to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
· Good communicators and strong team players.
· Reliable, empathetic, and committed to safeguarding.
Desirable:
Experience in residential childcare, youth support, education, or social care is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
What We Offer
Salary & Allowances:
£32,350–£34,350 per year (includes up to £6,000 sleep-in allowance and £1,000 complex care allowance)
