Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for contributing to large-scale projects? I'm currently recruiting for a dedicated Site Administrator to join a dynamic team working on an exciting rail scheme in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a crucial role in the successful execution of a significant infrastructure project.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Document Control: Manage and organise project documentation, ensuring accurate version control and accessibility for project stakeholders.
2. Communication: Facilitate effective communication between project teams, contractors, and relevant authorities, both on-site and remotely.
3. Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of project activities, meetings, and decisions, ensuring all relevant information is documented and easily retrievable.
4. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the project management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
5. Site Coordination: Collaborate with on-site teams to ensure administrative processes align with project timelines and goals.
6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, permits, and safety standards, and assist in the preparation of necessary documentation.
7. Data Entry: Accurate and timely entry of project-related data into management systems.
Requirements:
8. Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or rail industry.
9. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
10. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
11. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
12. Familiarity with construction and rail industry terminology and processes.
13. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality documentation.
