SnapDragon is a technology-enabled online brand protection business serving global brands, law firms and IP professionals. We combine proprietary AI-driven detection software with a highly trained, multilingual team of analysts to identify, evidence and remove digital infringements at scale.
Value to SnapDragon’s global clients is provided through enforcing against illicit products, infringing domains and websites, fake apps, and social media site impersonators.

What You’ll Do
Management and Operational Leadership
* Deliver team activities to achieve targeted GM %
* Ensure seamless delivery across all client tasks, managing the day to day operations as the main point of contact for the Brand Protection team
* Support business activities as outlined by the CEO
* Review and oversee all work delivered to clients
* Troubleshoot escalations and strengthen long‑term relationships
* Support upsell opportunities and retention strategies to maximise client value
Tech & Product Collaboration
* Work directly with the Tech team to enhance our software and influence the product roadmap
* Support the identification of new opportunities within emerging platforms
Growth & Onboarding
* Key contact for sales team when onboarding new clients, ensuring clear understanding of the scope of work and providing feedback on supporting IP documentation required
* Collaborate with Sales and CFO to ensure offerings meet target margins
* Mentor, train and develop our talented, international Brand Protection team
* Manage workloads, standards, communication, holiday planning, and performance
* Recruit and onboard new team members as SnapDragon grows
About You
* A strong background in online enforcement, IP protection, or similar fields
* Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and research skills
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive, organised approach and comfortable multi‑tasking at pace
* Experience managing or mentoring a team (distributed or international is an advantage)
* High standards, reliability, and a passion for excellent client service
