Are you a recent graduate passionate about criminal justice, mental health, or social care? This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in our local school, supporting young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH), including ADHD, trauma, and neurodivergence.

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you’ll:

1. Support students
2. Help students regulate emotions, build resilience, and re-engage with education
3. Use restorative practices to encourage positive behaviour
4. Work alongside therapists and staff in a holistic, trauma-informed environment

Aspiring Social Justice Officer – Learning Support Assistant – Education and Training

We welcome:

5. Experienced LSA/SEN
6. Graduates in Criminology, Psychology, Youth Work, or Social Sciences (or non-graduates with relevant experience)
7. Individuals with a strong interest in justice, neurodiversity, and restorative care
8. Calm, empathetic communicators who value connection before content
9. We require proof of right to work

Experience with children or young people is beneficial, but not essential—full training provided.
