We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our team! In this role you will be taking the lead, managing a team of 3 and keeping things running smoothly day to day.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring that any SLA’s entered between our customers and BCA are met or exceeded
Line management of a team of 3 Administrators - Oversee, direct, and coordinate their work
Manage, organise, and coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency
Oversee and participate in the management and administration of the department
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and 3rd party suppliers
Excel reporting and forecasting
Support senior managers/operations Manager and executives with daily clerical tasks and cover during periods of absence
Answer questions and find information for employees, vendors, clients, and lenders
Vendor account management, billing, complaint management & customer review meetings
Key Skills
Proven team management experience
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Ability to prioritise workload
Good attention to detail
