Automotive Sales Administrator Required in West Thurrock for Car Dealership
1. Salary: Starting from £27,000
2. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5:00pm
Our client, a car dealer situated in the West Thurrock area, require an Automotive Sales Administrator to join their business.
Reporting to the Sales Manager and working as part of a team, as a Sales Administrator your main duties will include:
3. Sales Administration and Data entry for new and used cars
4. Inventory control and advising
5. Vehicle Taxation and New Car Registration
6. Good knowledge of AFRL - or willing to be trained on it
7. Knowledge of Car Dealership IT system: Pinewood Pinnacle preferred but not essential
In order to be eligible you will have previous experience working in an automotive administrative capacity; our client will consider service administrators or accounts assistants wanting to skill up and specialise in a new Dealership department setting. Overall you will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to analyse and collate data in order to provide clear and comprehensible information. You will be able to handle conflicting demands whilst able to identify priorities in a highly demanding Dealership Car Sales environment, have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to develop strong, cooperative relationships with customers & colleagues, and be IT literate.
