We are looking for an enthusiastic professional and welcoming Help Desk Operative / Administrator to work for a large Chiller Manufacturer at one of their head offices based in the Dartford area. This is a brand new role, using their in-house monitoring service. This would be a great progressive role for the right person!

Duties will include
* Orienteering PPM records
* Using the in-house monitoring system
* Reports and Logbooks
* Phone calls and Mailboxes
* Contract renewals
* Working the reception desk
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Have a proven ability to lead, motivate and train a team, having a great work ethic
* Be an integral part in ensuring that the office operations run smoothly and support other business activities
* Ensuring the reception is running smoothly
* Log all office related issues/jobs on the system
* Manage and monitor the helpdesk and liaise with the clients engineer to ensure all issues/queries are dealt with in a timely manner
* Attend to general issues and fixing simple problems
* Supporting other teams with various administrative tasks
* To administer quality management system documentation and ensure compliance.
