About the Role
We are a well-established construction company based in Tiverton, seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administration of our busy construction office. This is a key role supporting directors, site teams, and clients, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities

Managing daily office operations and procedures

Coordinating administration for multiple construction projects
*
Handling purchase orders, invoices, and supplier queries
*
Liaising with site managers, subcontractors, and clients
*
Maintaining project records, compliance documents, and H&S files
*
Assisting with payroll information, timesheets, and HR administration
*
Answering calls, managing emails, and general office duties
About You
*
Previous experience in an office management or senior administration role, ideally within construction or a related industry
*
Strong organisational and time-management skills
*
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*
Familiarity with construction processes, terminology, or job costing (desirable)
*
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
*
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
