Key Responsibilities
* Lead the change management strategy for a large-scale S/4HANA implementation.
* Partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
* Develop and deliver communication, training, and engagement plans.
* Identify and mitigate change risks, ensuring business readiness.
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on change impacts and benefits.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Change Lead on complex ERP programmes.
* Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its impact on business processes.
* Expertise in change management methodologies and tools.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-functional environments.
