Role Responsibilities:Lead operational excellence across all service lines.Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted partner.Drive strategic planning, performance management and succession planning.Ensure compliance, safety and value for money in all operations.Representing Mitie professionally in client meetings and forums.
Required Qualifications:Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.Strategic thinker with hands‐on operational experience.Excellent communication, negotiation and decision‐making abilities.Financial acumen including P&L responsibility.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAFM, COUPA, SuccessFactors and analytics tools.A strong understanding of the NHS Cleaning Standards.
