We are looking for a part time Administrator/Receptionist to join our Company in Dorking Surrey.
The role will involve being the first point of contact for our clients and dealing with enquiries in a structured manner.
The individual must be polite, proactive and an enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service skills.
The role includes general reception and administration duties, such as answering the phone, managing the generic company email account, the generation and progression of enquires and jobs and also to include assistance in all areas of the management system within the main office to support other roles.
Previous customer service experience is preferable.
Basic computer skills are required. The applicant must be happy to work unsupervised at times as well as being able to work as part of a team.
Full training will be given.

Pay: £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
