What you will do:
1. Assess and treat patients with neurological conditions, devising personalised rehabilitation programs to aid recovery and improve function.
2. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care and smooth service delivery within the hospital setting.
3. Provide expert advice and education to patients, families, and staff on the therapeutic interventions and progress.
4. Maintain and document accurate case records, ensuring compliance with professional standards and trust policies.
5. Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of the neuro service.
To excel in this role, it is essential that you are HCPC registered and hold a current driving license as some travel within the area may be required.
