The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of a well-established territory across South Wales, driving growth across a full portfolio of implant, restorative and digital solutions. This is not just a product sales role - you’ll act as a trusted commercial partner to clinicians, helping them grow their business, adopt new technologies, and improve patient outcomes.
Ideal for someone already in dental, or a strong field sales professional from medical devices, capital equipment, optical, audiology or FMCG looking to step into a more consultative healthcare sale.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing and growing a defined territory (South Wales)
* Driving new business acquisition alongside developing existing accounts
* Building long‑term partnerships with dentists, specialists, and practice owners
* Delivering high‑quality product demonstrations and commercial proposals
* Promoting a full solution portfolio including digital workflows and services
* Running education sessions, events, and practice development initiatives
* Using CRM and data insights to manage pipeline, forecasting, and performance
* Staying ahead of market trends and competitor activity
What We’re Looking For
* Proven field sales experience (essential)
* Background in dental, medical devices, healthcare, or other B2B field sales (FMCG, optical, audiology etc.)
* Strong track record of delivering against targets
* Commercially astute with a consultative selling approach
* Confident presenter with strong influencing skills
* Highly organised, self‑motivated, and comfortable working autonomously
