Divisional Reporting & Compliance Accountant
Join our high-performing Divisional Reporting Finance Team at TieTalent, dedicated to delivering top-tier financial management services. Our mission is to provide accurate, insightful financial information and analysis to Executive Directors, the Group Board, and key stakeholders.
As part of the Divisional Reporting Team, you will analyze and interrogate the financial performance of our Insulation Division while maintaining strong financial discipline. Extensive global travel is involved, offering significant exposure and influence.
Responsibilities
* Support Tagetik reporting, Group Pack preparation, and development tasks.
* Assist with initiatives to improve productivity and reporting timelines.
* Perform analytical reviews of results, budgets, and plans; summarize key findings with local FCs/FDs.
* Support forecasting, challenge assumptions, and enhance forecast accuracy.
* Review divisional overheads monthly to identify savings and ensure completeness.
Risk & Control Management
* Contribute to internal audit planning and highlight risks.
* Support Balance Sheet reviews, audits, and follow-ups.
* Ensure timely, accurate balance sheet reconciliations across entities.
* Strengthen financial control environment within the division.
Integration, Acquisition & Divestment
* Participate in financial integration of new businesses, including scoping and training.
* Verify post-acquisition balances and adjustments.
* Coordinate integration efforts with local leadership.
* Identify and resolve financial integration issues, leveraging best practices.
Additional Duties
* Review Group Stat Packs for accuracy and timeliness.
* Support budget and strategic plan consolidation.
Candidate Profile
* Accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA), part or fully qualified.
* Experience in management reporting and management accounts.
* Proficiency with accounting systems, ERPs, MS Office, Excel, Power BI.
* Strong IT, analytical skills, and ability to prioritize deadlines.
* Proven CPD and willingness to travel.
* Full driving license.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with Tagetik, COGNOS, SAP.
* Knowledge of manufacturing and project management.
* Good presentation skills.
