As the Operations Coordinator, you will:
1. Onboard and integrate new employees seamlessly into our team.
2. Lead and manage all operational aspects in the absence of the Managing Director.
3. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
4. Monitor and maintain training records, organising employee training as needed.
5. Track performance and productivity through KPIs and timesheets.
6. Implement and improve processes to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
