Role: Post Completions Assistant
Location: West Wickham
Salary: £25k
Completing registrations for the entire Conveyancing Department with supervision and assistance. The role will also be a key team member of the Conveyancing Department.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Land Registry registrations submitted via Infotrack and where necessary The Land Registry Portal
* Landlords notices and fees and compliance with restrictions
* Updating Lender Exchange, LMS and other Lender Panels and HTB ISA portal
* Assisting with remaining balances on files alongside the fee earners
* Ensure all training is up to date e.g., CPD
* Comply with SRA/Lexcel regulations
Knowledge, skills, and experience
Essential
* At least 1 years experience of working in a conveyancing department
* Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all firm employees and clients
* Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
* Create, review, analyse, document, and implement guidelines, standards, and procedures as part of continuous improvement initiatives
* Proficient in MS office applications
Desirable
* Ability to champion change and effectively manage the implementation of new ideas
* Desire and drive to improve business processes every day
* Experience in using Infotrack
