As we rapidly expand our renewable energy services nationwide, Octopus Energy needs an innovative Apprenticeship Curriculum Lead to design cutting-edge learning programs powering the sustainability pioneers of tomorrow.We now seek an Apprenticeship Curriculum Lead to drive the vision and strategy for our apprenticeship learning experiences. You'll develop and maintain curricula aligned with IFATE standards while meeting evolving business needs.In this role, you'll lead trainer upskilling, guide effective assessment practices, and ensure compliance with Ofsted EIF quality frameworks. What you'll do
1. Develop a clear vision for curriculum and learner experience
2. Review current offerings to identify and scale best practices
3. Train curriculum staff on learner-centric delivery approaches
4. Guide delivery teams on effective apprenticeship assessment
5. Ensure Ofsted EIF quality framework alignment
6. Contribute to Quality Improvement Plan actions
7. Analyze progression data to implement remedial strategies
8. Produce reports supporting Self-Assessment processes
9. Monitor apprentice feedback to drive delivery enhancements
10. Integrate relevant academic and subject skills developments
11. Lead ongoing learning content and online resource creation

12. Teaching and Quality Assurance qualifications per Ofsted
13. Expertise in high-quality curriculum development
14. Understanding of Virtual Learning Environments/Delivery
15. Track record leading teaching initiatives improving outcomes
16. Data management, interpretation, and quality assurance skills
