Summary
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our new office based in SO14. This role is crucial in supporting our surveying team by managing appointments efficiently, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service in home improvements.
Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate appointments for the surveying team.
* Maintain organised records of appointments and client interactions.
* Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for documentation and communication.
* Ensure effective phone etiquette when interacting with clients.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Collaborate with team members to improve appointment setting processes.
* Provide clerical support as required.
* Qualifications
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Strong computer skills, including data entry capabilities.
* Good phone etiquette and communication skills.
* Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
* Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
* Previous clerical experience is advantageous.
