Few days are identical in our supply chain environment where teams work closely to deliver to the exact demands of our global customer base. How You’ll Make an Impact
 1. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across various functions and locations within the Aero Gas Turbine (AGT) business to meet the delivery of internal and external partners.
 2. Develop your knowledge of Supply Chain operations and practices in a specialised supply chain environment.
 3. Challenge conventional thinking, question the status quo, and drive innovation within the business.
 4. Enhance your Continuous Improvement skills and confidence through Lean Six Sigma training while taking ownership of implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
 5. Engage as an active member of a team comprising Entry Level Talent (Apprentices, Interns, Graduates) to contribute to broader business projects through our culture hub, providing valuable teamwork experiences and opportunities to refine your presentation skills
What You Bring
 6. You are pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration and you are looking to complete a true year in industry as part of your degree.
 7. You enjoy taking initiative, and with our support, you feel confident accepting responsibility for live tasks and assigned projects.
 8. You are adaptable, excel at connecting and communicating with others, and take pride in maintaining a positive attitude.
 9. You embrace change and approach unexpected challenges with enthusiasm.
