We are recruiting for a PTS Ambulance Care Assistant based at Northallerton Ambulance station, a full‑time permanent role within the Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust.
Responsibilities
* Deliver care and safe transportation of non‑emergency PTS patients.
* Ensure timely transport to and from appointments at hospitals, treatment centres, day units, or other places of care.
* Maintain patient safety and minimise harm to patients, self, colleagues, and others by assessing risks and adopting safe working practices.
* Complete required training courses: 4‑week full‑time, Monday to Friday schedule with full attendance.
Qualifications
* Full UK manual driving licence.
* Availability to attend full‑time training for 4 weeks (Mon‑Fri).
