As a Fleet Administrator, you will play a core role in the success of our fleet operations, supporting a busy corporate sales team and ensuring our customers receive a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing new vehicle orders with accuracy and efficiency.
* Registering, taxing, and invoicing vehicles in preparation for delivery.
* Raising workshop and valet preparation instructions.
* Keeping customers updated on order progress and expected arrival dates.
* Liaising with internal teams to ensure vehicles meet customer requirements.
* Assisting with customer specification and lead time queries.
* Checking and reconciling manufacturer support payments on new registrations.
* Maintaining accurate records and administration throughout.
About You
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment:
* Previous experience in vehicle sales administration or fleet administration would be advantageous, but not essential — training will be provided.
* Proven background in a busy administrative role with high attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
* Highly organised, able to prioritise workload, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
* A positive, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
