Duty Manager - Busy Hotel & Restaurant
Our client is recruiting a Duty Manager for their busy hotel in the Uppingham area. They are looking for a confident and personable Manager with good all round hosting and restaurant skills as you will ensure guests needs are met throughout their stay. This is a hands on role so you will interact with customers on a daily basis. You will work in reception, the restaurant and be customer facing at all times.

Ensuring guests needs all times from checking in at reception to service in the restauarnt
Supporting the General Management Team
Working behind Reception, Bar & Serving food
Ensuring hotel is clean and tidy
Working as part of a team
The Person
Outgoing friendly and professional
Good knowledge of food and wine
Experience of hotels or pub with rooms
Good knowledge of room bookings
Ability to offer a friendly and relaxed service at all times
