Were growing our Supporting People on Probation team and are looking for passionate, people-focused Navigators who want to make a real difference.

As a Supporting People on Probation Navigator based primarily at the Cambridge Probation Office, youll work directly with individuals to help them rebuild their lives and reduce reoffending. Deliver 1:1 and group interventions to help individuals understand and overcome barriers in their lifestyle, relationships, and wellbeing
Support clients as they transition from custody to community life
Work closely with Probation Practitioners to create and deliver action plans
Facilitate creative and community-based projects, from music groups to allotment work, football sessions, and more
