We are expanding our couture team and seeking an outstanding Couture Alterations Seamstress with exceptional skill in luxury silks and advanced corsetry.

The Role
As a Couture Alterations Seamstress at Caroline Castigliano, you will work with our celebrated silhouettes, luxurious fabrics, and signature corsetry. Your craftsmanship will play a vital role in bringing each bride’s vision to life, ensuring the flawless fit and finish that Castigliano gowns are known for.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute couture-level alterations on luxury bridal gowns
* Work with the finest silks, crepes, tulles, and bias-cut fabrics with expert finesse
* Adapt and refine complex corsetry and internal structures, staying true to the Castigliano aesthetic
* Conduct fittings with sensitivity, professionalism, and absolute attention to detail
* Collaborate closely with our atelier and styling teams to uphold the Caroline Castigliano standard of excellence
* Maintain immaculate finishing and an unwavering eye for quality
About You
* Proven couture alterations experience, ideally within luxury bridal or eveningwear
* Confident working extensively with silks and intricate corsetry
* Exceptional technical ability with both hand and machine sewing
* A calm, polished, client-focused presence
* A true perfectionist with a passion for couture craftsmanship
* Dedicated to upholding the reputation and artistry of Caroline Castigliano
