The Delivery Manager will guide clients through complex transformation journeys, leading teams on-site and ensuring measurable results. You’ll be at the centre of change, balancing leadership, analysis, and coaching to unlock client potential.
Role Highlights:
* Lead transformation project delivery from start to finish, ensuring measurable business outcomes
* Build strong client relationships, working on-site Mon–Thu to drive cultural and operational change
* Oversee and develop your own project team, providing feedback and support
* Coach client managers to embed behaviours that deliver sustainable results
* Identify opportunities for follow-on projects and wider consultancy impact
You Will Need:
* Proven experience delivering transformation projects with visible results
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, from shop floor to C-suite
* Strong analytical and creative problem-solving ability
* Flexibility to travel weekly across the UK (Mon–Thu on client sites)
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
