We exist to protect people. Every improvement we make to our platform directly impacts how quickly and effectively we can respond when someone raises an SOS alert.
We’re entering a critical phase of our Salesforce journey, migrating to a new, modern environment. This is not a lift-and-shift. We’re looking for a senior, outcome-driven Salesforce BA to challenge, redesign and optimise how we operate before and during migration.
What you’ll actually own:
* Lead end-to-end process review across Sales, Service and Operations
* Identify and remove inefficiencies, duplication and technical debt
* Define future-state processes aligned to scale, automation and reporting
* Act as a bridge between business and technical teams (Salesforce, integrations, data)
* Shape and support the migration approach (ensuring we don’t carry forward legacy issues)
* Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making at pace
* Ensure we exit the migration leaner, simpler, and more scalable
What “good” looks like in this role:
* You challenge the status quo, not just document it
* You translate ambiguity into clear, actionable improvements
* You balance business needs with platform capability
* You leave behind measurably better processes, not just diagrams
What we’re looking for:
* Strong experience as a Salesforce BA in complex environments
* Proven delivery in Salesforce migrations or major transformations
* Deep understanding of Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
* Excellent process mapping, optimisation and data thinking
* Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
* Comfortable partnering with development teams to deliver improvements
* Able to work autonomously and drive outcomes
Nice to have:
* Experience with multi-org consolidation or re-platforming
* Exposure to integrations (APIs, middleware, data flows)
* Experience improving reporting and data models
Package:
* £100k–£110k, depending on experience
* Open to day-rate equivalent discussions (@£550 p/d) and 3-5 day weeks.
* Hybrid working - Typically 1-4 days a month in the office.

This role is about more than system improvement. Every workflow you simplify and every inefficiency you remove helps our teams respond faster when it matters most.
