We are delighted to be working with an established, reputable and growing foodservices business who are recruiting for a Supply Chain Administrator to join their friendly team.
The Supply Chain Administrator will provide assistance to the Head of Operations in the stock and supply chain areas. You will assist with providing information for annual audits and deal with supplier and product queries.
This role is office-based Monday – Thursday (09.00-5pm) with a day working at home on a Friday (this could be subject to change).
As the Supply Chain Administrator, your responsibilities and duties will include:
1. Dealing with supplier and product queries
2. Updating customer portals to comply with legal obligation
3. Assisting the Head of Operations with office Health & Safet
4. Managing the annual supplier checks
5. Managing the supply chain relationship with all suppliers
6. Assist with general administration duties including the update of Excel spreadsheets
The ideal applicant will have a strong administration background coupled with excellent planning skills and have the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
No experience is necessary for this varied role as full training will be given however, an enthusiasm to learn is essential.
Salary - £28k rising to £30k after 1 year.
