We are recruiting a Principal Customer Strategy Consultant for our client, a revolutionary customer strategy, customer growth and insights boutique consultancy, underpinned by a unique AI analytics technology and data platform. The role:Reporting to the Head of Consulting you will work closely with senior stakeholders to:Deliver customer experience insights and strategic customer growth opportunities for clients, typically with CMO and CCO stakeholdersPlay a key role in pitches and proposals and develop key consulting led relationships Help to define and deliver the clients’ customer experience, retention and growth strategiesDefine growth KPIs and measure the commercial impact of strategic programmesSupport the Client Partner to achieve significant commercial value from data for clientsProvide key support to the Head of Consulting in leading and growing the practice.You will have:Clear “big” data analytics experience and will be technology savvyCustomer growth strategy experienceRecently employed as a management consultant or customer strategy consultant in a highly regarded consulting firmStrong experience of working with large scale customer data in one or more of the key B2C sectors they operate in: ideally retail, retail banking, travel or healthA deep understanding and knowledge of key consumer behaviour trends within these sectors.Strong academic profile including a good degree Salary and package:£80,000- c£95,000 plus benefits. 2-3 days pw at the Central London office with flexible working.WE REPLY TO ALL JOB APPLICATIONS!
