Job Description
Work that matters – what you’ll be doing
Experian Consumer Services (ECS) is the team behind your Experian Free Credit Score and the advanced CreditExpert product. Masses of data is generated as our customers interact with Experian's leading consumer products and in the data team we work with it to gain insight into customer behaviour, create new products to help improve the financial lives of our customers and predict the future.
In ECS's Data Team you will build, deploy and manage AWS infrastructure using Python and the AWS Cloud Development Kit. You'll use a variety of services such as SNS, SQS and Lambda for event streams, Amazon Redshift, S3 and AWS Glue for data storage & reporting and Amazon SageMaker for our pioneering machine learning products. We are a growing team, and we need more people to help us build the great data products we have planned.
What you’ll need to bring to the role & Experian
We use the following technologies to build our products and knowledge and experience with these will be a plus, however what we most value is that you have a passion for using data to provide valuable insights into customer behaviour, a mindset to constantly improve our products and the communication skills to work with our colleagues across ECS to help them use our services.
