Administrator – PA-Level Role – Legal Firm – Edinburgh – Up to £35,000 – Permanent Valeco Recruitment is partnering with an established Scottish firm to hire an experienced Administrator for their Energy & Strategic Land team in Edinburgh for this newly created role. This team plays a key role in some of the UK’s most high-profile renewable energy and land projects. This is a permanent, office-based position offering a chance to support a legal team of solicitors, paralegals, and trainees with a variety of PA-level administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: * Manage calls, emails, and post for the legal team * Assist with client onboarding and anti-money laundering processes * Attend internal/external calls, noting and tracking actions * Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and project summaries * Maintain Virtual Data Rooms and legal records * Coordinate meetings, travel, and events * Liaise with finance for invoicing and billing matters The Ideal Candidate: * Proven admin experience in legal or professional services * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office essential, iManage and 3E preferred * High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise * Able to build trusted relationships and manage confidential information Role Details: * Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 DOE * Hours: Full-time preferred; part-time/flexible working considered * Location: Edinburgh (office based) * Start: ASAP – interviews taking place now This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into a more varied, client-facing admin role with real scope.
