Responsibilities: We will expect you to lead secure, stable, and scalable IT services across the organisation. We need you to strengthen cybersecurity controls, improve infrastructure resilience, and ensure robust governance across cloud, network, and core systems. You will take ownership of cybersecurity operations, including risk management, threat monitoring, incident response, and compliance activities such as Cyber Essentials and GDPR across international regions. You will oversee IT infrastructure and cloud environments, ensuring services remain secure, resilient, and aligned to business needs across multiple locations. You will work closely with internal technology teams and third-party partners to establish operational standards, improve service delivery, and drive efficiencies across infrastructure and cloud platforms. You will lead vendor relationships, ensuring performance against SLAs and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will manage and develop a small IT team, act as the escalation point for critical issues, and provide insight and reporting to senior stakeholders to support decision-making and strategic planning.
