The role..

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Development Leader to join our awesome team in London. This individual will be responsible for scaling and leading a high-performing SDR team while driving the broader Sales Development strategy across the business. This role requires a strategic thinker who is passionate about SDR growth and capable of executing and generating high-quality pipeline and revenue. This is a unique opportunity for a results-driven leader to make a significant impact on our next stage of growth.


What You’ll Do..

* Coach your team on best in class tacticsfostering a culture of results, excellence, inclusivity, and career progression.
* Optimise the Business Development strategy for the SDR team, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
* Heavy involvement in recruiting the best talent for your team and ongoing trainingto build and sustain a high-performing team.
* Lead and develop a high-performing SDR team, fostering a culture of results, excellence, inclusivity, and career progression.
* Build and execute strategies that drive both inbound and outbound activity, collaborating closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and wider Sales teams.
* Set and manage key performance metrics, including daily activity tracking, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.
* Optimise and maintain SDR playbooks, incorporating best practices for account-based and personalised prospecting.
* Collaborate with Sales Enablement to ensure SDRs have the tools, content, and training they need to succeed.
* Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance lead quality, pipeline creation, and SDR performance.
* Engage with Sales Leaders to maintain strong relationships and ensure seamless collaboration across teams.
* Lead by example by staying actively involved in the team’s day-to-day operations.


What We’re Looking For..

* A motivational and strategic leader with a track record of building, scaling, and developing high-performing teams, particularly in early-stage career development.
* Minimum of 2+ years as a top-performing SDR and at least 3 years of experience managing SDR teams.
* Strong expertise in inbound and outbound processes, with hands-on experience optimising sales development strategies.
* Excellent communication skills working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Executive Leadership.
* Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, or similar sales tools.
* Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong focus on execution.
* A commitment to being in our Regent Place office with the team 5x days per week.
