Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Plumber to work on a social housing contract in Wokingham.
Role details:
1. Permanent position
2. £38,000 per annum
3. Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
4. Van and fuel card provided
5. Full permanent benefits package
Duties will include:
6. Day-to-day plumbing maintenance
7. Repairs and installations within occupied social housing properties
8. Fault finding and remedial works
Requirements:
9. Time-served plumber or relevant plumbing qualifications
10. Previous experience within social housing preferred
11. Full UK driving licence
