We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team, supporting primary schools in Brixham, Devon. This role offers flexibility to suit your schedule while making a real difference in the lives of students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
* Assisting students with their learning, including those with additional needs.
* Encouraging a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Managing classroom behavior in line with school policies.
* Helping to prepare and organize learning materials.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children is essential, within an educational setting is preferable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A flexible, proactive, and positive attitude.
* The ability to adapt to various schools and classrooms.
* A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
